NOT has gone up by 28.6% within 24 hours, trading at $0.012 currently at the press time. With a market capitalization of $1.23 billion, this makes it the 72nd largest cryptocurrency, even though there has been a 4% decrease in daily trading volume, reaching $1.14 billion for Notcoin.

Based on data from Santiment, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) for NOT is currently at 83. This indicates that Notcoin is currently overbought and there is a possibility of price manipulation by large investors, also known as whales. In order for NOT to sustain its gradual price increase, the RSI would need to drop below 50.

The crypto marketplace is presently in a phase of consolidation, with prices trading within a limited range, as Bitcoin hovering around $68,000. Many famous cryptocurrencies like Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Pepe (PEPE) are experiencing giant price drops.

In comparison, Notcoin witnessed a rate plunge within the past 24 hours, defying the general market fashion. This rally follows the latest price dip caused by airdrop recipients promoting their allocations. Notably, the Notcoin team launched the token with an airdrop of 80 billion tokens on May 16th.

Upon launch, NOT secured listings on leading crypto exchanges, including Binance, Bybit, and MEXC. That was definitely the move that killed the token since airdrop recipients sold their holdings, and the price plummeted by 55% shortly after launch.

The bearish trend continued to push the price down for more than a week, taking it as low as $0.004583 on May 24. However this low marked the beginning of the recovery of NOT, which strongly picked up on May 28 after the token had surged 58% to retest the $0.01 price level following a community poll that showed strong support for NOT over Bitcoin.
