DOGS is a memecoin project integrated as a mini-app on Telegram, allowing users to receive free DOGS coins with a few simple steps. The design of DOGS is inspired by Spotty the dog, drawn by Pavel Durov, CEO of Telegram, during a charity auction for an orphanage in Russia in 2011.

With its unique appearance and special meaning, Spotty quickly became a beloved symbol of the user community on the social network VKontakte (VK) in Russia. DOGS was thus born with the mission of honoring Spotty's image and bringing the Telegram community an exciting and engaging memecoin project.
Since its launch on July 9, DOGS has quickly become one of Telegram's most popular crypto projects, amassing nearly 2 million Telegram subscribers in just three days. At the time of this writing, that number has grown to an impressive 3 million.

Users only need to have a Telegram account to receive free DOGS via the airdrop. However, the number of DOGS coins received depends on the following four criteria:
Step 1: Access the DOGS Telegram bot here.
Step 2: Start the bot by pressing “Start”.
Step 3: Select "Wow, let's go" to participate in the airdrop.
Step 4: The interface will appear as shown below. At this point, the bot will automatically assess your Telegram account to determine your eligibility for the airdrop.
Step 5: After verifying your usage, the bot will reward you with DOGS tokens. The amount depends on how long you’ve been on Telegram.

Step 6: Gain more DOGS coins by inviting friends to join the airdrop through the "Friends" feature. Or, climb the ranks on the Telegram Wall of Fame via “Leaderboard” for additional rewards.

While DOGS reached an impressive milestone of 1 million users within its first 24 hours, its rapid growth has attracted scammers creating fake accounts and fraudulent trading pools on The TON Network. These pools often display unrealistically high prices for DOGS, but with minimal liquidity and suspicious trading volume, signaling potential scams.

Users are advised to remain cautious and avoid impulsive decisions, especially as the project has not yet released official details regarding its tokenomics or airdrop rewards.
